In case you have forgotten your Password to access the system, this option will help you to recover your password.
You have to provide your Username and the year of your birth (example: 1970) as per the company records. If this information is correct then you will be prompted to answer the Secret Question which you had selected during the registration of your account.
Once your answer is validated you will be allowed to reset your password. It is recommended that you also change your secret question after you login with your new password.
